Assistant District Attorney
Nome, AK Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Alaska or have the ability to be admitted. Assistant District Attorney - Nome District Attorney's Office The Nome District Attorney's Office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as an assistant district attorney. This position offers the opportunity to prosecute criminal cases on behalf of the State of Alaska, including pre-trial motion practice, court hearings, jury trials, and post-conviction and appellate work. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral advocacy skills and the ability to think critically and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Prior trial experience and knowledge of criminal law is preferred but not required.
