Job Title: Procurement Sourcing Specialist - Software Location: Lehi, Utah, United States of America Category: Finance and Operations Department: Global Procurement Experience: 3-5 years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain or Program Management Salary: $68,900 - $146,200 annually Responsibilities: - Lead sourcing projects and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to optimize spend across Adobe's indirect categories - Partner with Adobe teams on strategic supplier performance initiatives to improve financial and operational performance - Build trusted relationships with senior internal leaders - Plan sourcing strategies and supplier management programs aligned with business objectives - Identify value/savings and efficiency opportunities across category spend and negotiate for the best value - Demonstrate expertise in assigned categories and develop category standards and procedures - Conduct RFx activity to find the best sourcing solutions and lead commercial negotiations - Collaborate with Adobe Legal for negotiations of large/high-risk agreements and ensure favorable commercial terms - Report progress on a weekly basis and manage procurement systems and tools according to Global Procurement standards - Process contracts according to Adobe Legal Playbook and policies - Apply supplier relationship management techniques to ensure the supply base is providing required level of services Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA or JD preferred - Strategic Sourcing/Procurement-related industry certification(s) preferred - Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles and financial analysis - 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain or Program Management in a global procurement environment - Strong understanding of procurement practices and techniques - Ability to read and interpret contract specifications - Knowledge of purchasing systems and order management software - Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Willingness to train and educate users in new processes, policies, and procedures - Self-motivated and able to manage workload and priorities effectively - Flexible working schedule based on company requirements Compensation: - Salary range of $68,900 - $146,200 annually - Potential for additional short-term and long-term incentives - Sales roles are compensated with total target compensation (TTC = base commission) - Non-sales roles are compensated with base salary and Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) - Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award At Adobe, we are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences and providing equal opportunity for all.
