Our well-established real estate law firm in Charleston, SC is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our team. With multiple locations in the Charleston area, including Goose Creek, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, and Summerville, we provide a convenient and dynamic work environment for our employees. As a Real Estate Closing Attorney, you will oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions in our office, including sales and refinances. You will review titles, draft and review loan documents, and work with various parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
