This remote role allows you to draft, negotiate, and oversee contract documents in alignment with both business objectives and government guidelines. In this position, you will be the go-to expert for navigating complex contractual matters, including risk assessment, intellectual property, and data rights, while managing domestic and international projects. Key responsibilities include: - Drafting, generating, interpreting and managing large, complex contracts in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests - Supporting the Program Team to coordinate input during the proposal and contract process - Managing the analysis and preparation of contract documentation to ensure compliance with negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines - Coaching and guiding junior professionals and reviewing their work for quality and alignment with business objectives - Leading proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities - Advising and representing the Program Team on contractual matters - Creating proposals, negotiating and executing contracts - Maintaining historical contract records Qualifications for this role include: - University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Preferred qualifications include: - Master of Business Administration or Juris Doctorate - Extensive experience with U.S. Government contracts, including FAR and DFARS - Currently hold, or have the ability to obtain, a United States Government Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, life insurance and disability coverage, and more.
