Associate Attorney - Global Mobility/International Immigration

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Global Managing Partner and Practice Manager to provide legal support for our clients' global immigration cases. With over 40 attorneys and 150 immigration professionals, we are one of the fastest growing immigration service providers worldwide, known for our innovative technology and high touch legal services. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of global immigration matters for our clients in over 100 countries. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely legal advice, managing client accounts, training and supervising case managers and assistants, and participating in the development of efficient case tools and technologies. This role also involves handling VIP or complex global cases as needed and collaborating with our Managing Partner in the vetting process for new local advisors. Our ideal candidate will have a valid membership in a Bar association and 1-2 years of global immigration experience (3 years preferred). You must have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and writing skills, and strong organizational abilities. This role requires managing multiple competing priorities independently and attention to detail. Flexibility is also required to accommodate different time zones and handle urgent client matters. Responsibilities: - Provide legal guidance to clients on global immigration matters in a strategic and efficient manner - Stay updated on global immigration legal requirements for relevant countries and assist in client account management - Train and supervise case managers and assistants, including reviewing their work and providing mentorship - Monitor reports and dashboards to ensure SLAs are being met by case managers and assistants - Prepare and deliver client presentations, including country-specific presentations - Handle VIP or complex global cases as needed - Collaborate with Managing Partner in vetting new local advisors - Other duties as required Requirements: - Valid membership in a Bar association - 1-2 years of global immigration experience (3 years preferred) - Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong organizational abilities - Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently - Attention to detail and interpersonal skills To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and writing sample.
