Major Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily record keeping for contracts
- Understand and document business processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Manage full contract lifecycle
- Draft legal documents
- Assist with contract review and negotiation
- Draft, file, and manage business entity documents
- Create reports and spreadsheets
- Organize and manage electronic files
- Provide managerial support for Executive Staff
- Help develop and improve standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with outside attorneys to suggest improvements
- Perform other legally oriented tasks as assigned

Join our team as a Corporate Paralegal and be a part of a dynamic and growing medical device company. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to lead the effort in centralizing administrative tasks and improving processes. This is a full-time position based in either Salt Lake City, UT or remote.

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the Internal Legal Department with record-keeping and contract reviews. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal documentation and business processes.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management or a similar role. A strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law is required, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate of Paralegal Training with an undergraduate degree or some college education. An ongoing “continuous improvement” approach and a demonstrated track record of efficiencies in administrative tasks are also desirable qualities. We are seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can serve as an energetic, hands-on, and decisive contributor to our team.

Previous experience interacting with external parties such as bankers and investors, as well as experience with a private equity sponsor, is preferred but not required.
