Job Summary
MGC is seeking a remote Litigation Associate Attorney with two or more years of experience to join our growing team. This role will support our Atlanta, Georgia office from Columbus, Georgia. We offer competitive compensation packages and a supportive work environment for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities:
• Handle a full caseload of diverse litigation matters
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and parties involved in the litigation process
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases
• Keep abreast of changes in the law and legal trends

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Georgia
• 2 or more years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology-driven work environment
