Description:

The Sr Specialist - Contracts will serve as the primary point of contact for proposal activities and perform contract life cycle management. This includes working with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance and reporting, monitoring service level agreements, and providing support for legal and proposal operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, with advanced degrees or certifications preferred. This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

- Lead compliance tracking in all areas of performance required by contracts and vendor agreements.
- Provide compliance reporting and analytics for clients, projects, operations, and corporate.
- Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Meet with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party auditors.
- Develop business continuity, disaster recovery, and document archiving reports.
- Oversight of external auditors and vendor quality assurance audits.
- Deliver regular compliance updates to project management.
- Ensure staffing, operations, and quality management plans are appropriately updated.
- Work directly with Legal and Proposal operations team in developing bid responses.
- Provide para-legal support for the legal department.
- Act as a subject matter expert in proposal preparation and analysis.
- Support process improvement projects.
- Other related duties and assignments as required.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
- Para-legal certification with legal experience preferred.
- 5 years of state and/or Federal proposal coordination and management experience.
- Strong understanding and experience with RFPs for commercial and government contracts.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize workload.
- Strategic and analytical problem solver with strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated customer relations skills.
- Ability to work easily at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to act with speed, agility, and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
