Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter -direct Hire
Golden, CO

The Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter is a full-time position located in Golden, CO. The annual salary range for this role is $95,500 - $171,900, based on a 40-hour work week. NREL values inclusivity and diversity in its hiring practices and encourages individuals of all backgrounds to apply.

Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Corporate Recruiter include:

- Developing and implementing high-touch corporate recruiting strategies
- Partnering with management and staff to deliver effective recruitment processes
- Building networking relationships with internal and external talent
- Intake meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Screening and matching candidate profiles with staffing objectives
- Sourcing applicants through various means
- Pre-screening job candidates
- Managing all communication with candidates
- Maintaining accurate applicant database
- Creating and extending job offers
- Contributing to and maintaining recruiting reports and metrics
- Staying current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
- Efficiently and effectively filling open positions while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Attending relevant conferences and job fairs

Basic qualifications for this role include a relevant Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or JD degree and at least 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with researchers, managers, and directors, as well as foreign national candidates and applicable work authorizations and/or visas. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple requisitions, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers are also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience developing and implementing diversity hiring strategies, recruiting for DOE or DOD national labs, and using recruiting tools and systems. Experience in grid planning, deployment, and economic analysis is highly preferred.
