Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized project management and financial support to research staff
- Emphasis on project administration, planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting
- Work closely with project leaders and senior-level staff to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met
- Integrate cross-project elements such as finance, procurement, risk management, and client/sponsor teams
- Conduct research, evaluate data, and recommend solutions to project issues
- Manage project budgets, subcontracting, documentation, and reporting
- Assist in proposal development and coordination

Basic and Additional Qualifications:

Level III -
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- PhD or JD with equivalent relevant education/experience
- Complete understanding and application of technical principles and knowledge of related disciplines
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in various computer software programs

Level II -
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree or equivalent relevant education/experience
- General knowledge and application of technical standards, principles, and techniques
- Skilled in problem-solving and written/verbal communication
- Proficiency in various computer software programs

Additional Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Interest in learning about technical and institutional aspects of projects
- Experience as an analyst of data, metrics, and program impact
