Job Duties:
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation matters
- Analyze and summarize legal information to assist attorneys in building strong case strategies
- Assist in drafting legal documents and preparing court filings
- Maintain organized and current case files
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve issues and make recommendations to enhance work product
- Perform other paralegal duties and special projects as assigned
