Job Description:

- Provide legal and administrative support to 3 to 4 litigation attorneys
- Typing legal documents, briefs, and correspondence from machine dictation and hard copy
- Filing and managing docket/correspondence control for attorneys
- Responding to citizen inquiries and maintaining legal databases
- Must be proficient in MS Word and have a typing speed of 65-70 wpm
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team player when necessary
- Experience with Law Base case management software preferred but not required

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proficient in MS Word
- Typing speed of at least 65-70 wpm
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team player when necessary
