Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid (Remote and In-Office)

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary range of $203,500-220,500 for California offices, based on experience, education, and other factors
- Actual compensation will be determined within this range and in accordance with applicable laws

Job Description:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges
- Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues
- Class Action/PAGA experience preferred but not required
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings for employment matters

Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably in employment law
- Active CA Bar admission in good standing
- Knowledge of current agency procedures at state and federal levels
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork are highly valued

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues
- Class Action/PAGA experience preferred but not required
- Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases
