Partner - Business Management And Family Office Leader
Woodland Hills, CA Partner - Business Management and Family Office Leader As the Partner - Business Management and Family Office Leader, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and managing a dynamic team in providing comprehensive tax and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. This is a full-time position, with a hybrid or in-office work arrangement, located in California, Seattle, or Phoenix. H1: Partner - Business Management and Family Office Leader H2: Join Our Growing Team and Make a Significant Impact Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. - Lead compliance and consulting services for clients, including technical review of complex tax returns, proactive tax planning, and strategic consulting on issues such as estate planning and business succession. - Manage multiple client engagement teams and ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. - Establish growth principles, process improvements, and institutional knowledge within the Signature Client Solutions Group. - Oversee client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure profitability targets are met. - Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue. - Stay up to date on industry trends, developments, and technical authorities, applying them to complex client situations. Qualifications: - 15-20 years of experience in Professional Services, with specific expertise in working with high-net-worth individuals and families. - Strong conflict negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. - Proven business development and revenue growth experience. - Deadline-driven and willing to be on-call at short notice. - Proven track record in developing and growing high net worth/family business office groups. - Experience hiring, managing, and growing high-performing teams. - Willing to travel extensively (25-75% depending on client demand). - Licensed CPA or JD/LLM with an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Law. - Extensive public accounting firm experience, with gift, estate, and trust return experience preferred. Compensation: $250,000-$500,000 Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
