Required Skills and Education:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background
- Judicial clerkship experience will be considered as litigation experience
- Active CT bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
