Civil Litigation Attorney
Denver, CO Join R&H and start making a difference in the lives of our clients today! Responsibilities: Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including construction defect, real estate, HOA disputes, and general litigation Conduct legal research and analysis, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and provide legal advice to clients Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure timely and accurate completion of legal work Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the civil litigation field Mentor and train junior attorneys and law clerks as needed Participate in firm events and business development activities to promote the firm and expand client base Adhere to all ethical and professional standards and maintain confidentiality of client information Qualifications: Active admission to the Colorado Bar 3 years of experience in civil litigation in Colorado Proven courtroom experience and proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in legal work Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision A cover letter, resume, three references, and writing samples to demonstrate your expertise and capabilities Experience with construction defect, real estate, HOA disputes, and general litigation is a plus Experience mentoring and training junior attorneys and law clerks is a plus Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the civil litigation field Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to participate in firm events and business development activities Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards and maintaining confidentiality of client information Benefits: Competitive salary range of $125,000 - $275,000 Quarterly bonuses Health insurance 401(k) plan Ample paid vacation and holidays Flexible working options Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Positive work-life balance Recognition and rewards for hard work and dedication A supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply: To apply for this position, please submit a cover letter, resume, three references, and writing samples to demonstrate your expertise and capabilities.
