These positions are ideal for candidates with a strong background in antitrust and commercial litigation, as well as experience in drafting briefs, conducting case law research, and participating in depositions. The successful candidates will also have excellent writing skills and a clerkship experience from private, peer firms. The Litigation Associates will work within the firm's Antitrust Practice Area, handling complex litigation matters for a variety of clients. They will be responsible for drafting legal briefs, conducting legal research, and preparing for and participating in depositions. The ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree from a top law school, with strong academic credentials and relevant litigation experience.
