Salary Information:
- Pay range of $80,000 - $115,000 with benefits

Job Title: Associate Teaching Professor and Director of Housing Clinic

Experience Information:
- Preferred post-JD experience and credentials, including advanced degrees, relevant legal practice, and litigation expertise
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and training new attorneys is essential
- Strongly preferred experience with landlord-tenant law litigation, eviction defense, and matters related to housing stability

Responsibilities:
- Teach in residential law program and online JD interactive program
- Direct operation of Housing Clinic and supervise law school students in clinic work
- Identify appropriate legal work and participate in Office of Clinical Legal Education
- Teach one course in area of expertise
- Fulfill committee service requirements
- Develop and update class syllabus
- Prepare lectures and assignments
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours
- Present instruction based on competencies and performance levels
- Submit grades according to university regulations
- Grade student assignments and exams in a timely manner
- Build positive relationships with students and faculty

Qualifications:
- JD degree from accredited law school
- Excellent academic record
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent classroom teaching
- Strong skills and abilities to interact with diverse groups of students, colleagues, and community members
