Responsibilities and Qualifications As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney at MGC, you will be responsible for handling a variety of workers' compensation cases, including client consultations, legal research, and representing clients in hearings and trials. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law and be licensed to practice in South Carolina.
