Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney at MGC, you will be responsible for handling a variety of workers' compensation cases, including client consultations, legal research, and representing clients in hearings and trials. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law and be licensed to practice in South Carolina.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Juris Doctorate and be licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in workers' compensation law.
