Myrtle Beach, SC Experience Required 1 year: 1-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Responsibilities The Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney will handle all aspects of defending workers' compensation claims for clients, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements. They will also be responsible for managing a caseload and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
