This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a reputable and growing law firm, with a strong focus on providing exceptional client service in the areas of estate planning and probate. As an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney, you will be responsible for assisting in legal matters regarding estate planning and probate, making various probate court appearances, and assisting with hearing preparation. You will also have the opportunity to meet with potential clients and consult on their legal matter, while showcasing why Ball Morse Lowe is the best choice for their legal representation. Ongoing client communication and management will also be a crucial aspect of this role. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of full-time experience in estate planning and probate, as well as experience with tracking billable time. You must also possess high-level writing capabilities and attention to detail, as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently and with a team. Time management skills and the ability to work under multiple deadlines are also essential for this position. Additionally, you must be computer literate and licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
