Responsibilities: - Seeking an attorney with substantial PIP experience to join the growing team at Earl R. Uehling & Associates, staff counsel for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** - Must have exceptional knowledge of civil trial procedure and strong research and advocacy skills. - Ability to independently manage a caseload in a time sensitive environment. - Hybrid role with both in-office and virtual work arrangements. - Active participation in volunteer events within the community. Qualifications: - Must have a law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and active law license in New Jersey. - 5 years of experience handling PIP cases preferred. - Knowledge of Forthright arbitration rules, local and state discovery rules, and trial procedures. - Experience presenting and cross-examining witnesses. - Strong technological skills for electronic lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation. - Eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. without sponsorship. You should also have experience presenting and cross-examining lay and expert witnesses, directing support staff, and working in a paperless electronic environment.
