Responsibilities:

- Seeking an attorney with substantial PIP experience to join the growing team at Earl R. Uehling & Associates, staff counsel for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***
- Must have exceptional knowledge of civil trial procedure and strong research and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage a caseload in a time sensitive environment.
- Hybrid role with both in-office and virtual work arrangements.
- Active participation in volunteer events within the community.

Qualifications:

- Must have a law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and active law license in New Jersey.
- 5 years of experience handling PIP cases preferred.
- Knowledge of Forthright arbitration rules, local and state discovery rules, and trial procedures.
- Experience presenting and cross-examining witnesses.
- Strong technological skills for electronic lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation.
- Eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

As a PIP Attorney, you'll be joining the growing team at Earl R. Uehling & Associates, staff counsel for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** This position requires exceptional knowledge of civil trial procedure, strong research abilities, and excellent written and oral advocacy skills. You'll also need to be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a caseload in a time-sensitive environment.

This is a hybrid role, meaning that you'll have both in-office and virtual work arrangements. Everyone in a hybrid role is required to spend some time in the office, but work arrangements may change over time based on business needs. Based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, this role offers a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff.

Requirements for this position include a law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and an active law license in New Jersey. 5 years of experience handling PIP cases is preferred, along with knowledge of Forthright arbitration rules, local and state discovery rules, and trial procedures. Experience with auto and premises liability cases is helpful, but not required. You should also have experience presenting and cross-examining lay and expert witnesses, directing support staff, and working in a paperless electronic environment. Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation are also necessary.
