Litigation Associate Attorney
San Diego, CA LAW FIRM SEEKING LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Singleton Schreiber, LLP, a leading law firm based in San Diego, is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Trial Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. SALARY AND BENEFITS: - Competitive salary ranging from $100,000-$150,000 annually - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family - Childcare reimbursement - Home office stipends - Transportation reimbursement program - Paid parental leave - 401k with employer contribution ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis - Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions - Conduct legal research - Make court appearances, ranging from status conferences to trial - Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and provide innovative ideas - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Active license to practice law in California - 0-3 years of litigation experience - Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products - Familiarity with E-Discovery and legal programs such as Sharefile, PACER, and Lexis - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - Excellent written and oral communication skills NONDISCRIMINATION STATEMENT: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is an equal opportunity employer and all hiring decisions are based solely on merit.
