Family Law Partner/Attorney
Mount Laurel, NJ Law Firm Seeks Experienced Family Law Partner/Attorney: Join Our Growing Team! As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and administrators in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Our firm offers competitive compensation, commissions based on originations, and a hybrid work from home and office schedule. Role Responsibilities: - Prepare and file family law related documents, such as pleadings and correspondence - Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the best course of action - Represent clients in court proceedings - Handle existing family law cases and take on new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial Qualifications: - Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey - Minimum of 3 years of family law experience, with preference for more experience - Able to manage own caseload and make independent decisions - Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated and organized with excellent research skills - Existing book of business is a plus, but not required At our law firm, we strive to create a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
