San Luis Obispo, CA The salary for this position is $80k - $200k, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Strong organizational and time management skills. Duties and Responsibilities Manages a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases. Evaluates the merits of each case. Provides guidance and counsel to clients. Conducts medical review and evaluation. Creates litigation and budget plans. Represents clients in court and other appearances. Prepares legal documents, including motions, briefs, and correspondence. Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Negotiates and settles cases. Tries cases, if necessary. Maintains exceptional client interaction. Travels for court appearances and client meetings. Stays up-to-date on California workers’ compensation laws and regulations. Assists with training and mentoring of junior associates. Salary Information The salary for this position is $80k - $200k, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses.
