The Paralegal in Client Services will be responsible for providing support to the paralegal staff, updating the internal case management system, and completing assigned steps. They will also utilize and update client portals, conduct research on filing rules, and communicate with internal staff and clients. Other responsibilities include administrative tasks such as maintaining and organizing files, scanning and uploading documents, and mailing correspondence to debtors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to paralegal staff
- Update internal case management system (CaseAware) and complete assigned steps
- Utilize and update client portals to accept and integrate new referrals
- Complete bankruptcy and military compliance checks
- Draft, prepare, and review legal documents and packages
- Conduct research on filing rules by county
- Communicate with internal staff and clients
- Maintain and organize files
- Scan, upload, and update documents to case management system and client portals
- Mail correspondence to debtors and clients
- Run CaseWare reports to track adherence to client deadlines

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, or Title work preferred
- Any law firm experience will be considered
- Excellent computer skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Fast learner and willingness to grow with the company
