In this role, you will be responsible for file review and legal analysis of workers' compensation claims, extensive legal research and drafting, representing clients at depositions and hearings, trial preparation and attendance, and expert witness retention and evaluation. We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in workers' compensation, with experience in other practice areas being a plus. You must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be admitted to practice in the state of NJ (admission in other states is a plus but not required). We are looking for candidates with superior analytical and problem-solving skills, solid research abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills. You must also have a strong work ethic, the ability to self-manage, and work well in a team environment. Timely responses to emails and phone inquiries are a must, and excellent client skills and telephone manner are highly valued.
