Key Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues. - Draft legal documents, including memorandums, briefs, and contracts. - Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions. - Participate in client meetings and conferences. - Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on ongoing cases and projects. - Review and analyze case materials and documents. - Attend court proceedings and other legal proceedings as required. Desired Skills: - Self-starter with the ability to work independently. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Detail-oriented and thorough understanding of the law. Experience and Education: - Currently enrolled in law school. Work Parameters: - Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. - In-office position.
