- Review police and investigative reports, and medical records
- Formulate discovery strategies
- Conduct research on case law
- Prepare legal memoranda, law and motion, motions to compel, and trial preparation

Desired Experience:
- Prior law associate and/or federal/appellate law clerk internship and experience
- Federal litigation experience is a plus
