Senior Counsel
Layton, UT Summary: Organization: Intermountain Health Position: Senior Counsel Experience: 5 years in healthcare Location: Broomfield, CO (Denver Metro area preferred) Type: Full-time, exempt Salary Range: $87.84 - $135.58/hour Benefits: Medical, dental, vision coverage, Healthy Living program, financial wellness tools, retirement planning Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of legal matters for Intermountain Health - Provide legal counsel and guidance on healthcare operational issues - Work closely with VP- and AVP-level leaders and stakeholders - Identify and resolve complex legal matters - Manage legal projects and initiatives - Partner with business units to advise on policies and procedures - Collaborate with other legal caregivers for consistent delivery of services Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Licensed to practice law in a state where Intermountain is located - 5 years of legal work experience in healthcare - Prior experience managing projects and programs - Experience in ambulatory and hospital-based healthcare delivery - Excellent written and oral communication skills Physical Requirements: N/A Anticipated job posting close date: 10/10/2024 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 |
