H2: Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Paralegal with National Law Firm Foley & Mansfield, a prestigious national law firm with over 110 attorneys, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Monrovia, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned cases, including trial preparation and support. Responsibilities: - Manage cases from initial intake to trial - Retain and communicate with experts - Maintain client extranet for communication and updates - Prepare trial notebooks and document productions - Enter and organize case information into our system - Retrieve and process documents as needed - Assist with motions and exhibits - Manage certified transcripts and trial documents - Perform billable work, including billing and medical summaries - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience - Experience with asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or personal injury cases preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of work - Willingness to attend trials, both locally and nationally - Trial war room and support experience a plus We value diversity and inclusion and are committed to recruiting and retaining a diverse team.
