We are currently seeking a highly talented Instructor/Trainer (Sr) with a Top Secret/SCI clearance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICOE) OSINT Basic Course (OBC). You will also have the opportunity to seek continued relevance on new internet data sets and exploitation tools, as well as provide research and recommend new training technologies. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Conducting training and developing criteria for evaluating training effectiveness - Developing and organizing training and educational programs - Providing research for national security, infrastructure, technology, and more - Maintaining records of training activities and program effectiveness - Updating course documentation regularly for timeliness and relevance - Providing innovative learning solutions and applying industry best practices - Maintaining knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas - Describing the capabilities and limitations of current and future PAI/CAI collection and exploitation technologies To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience, a Master's Degree and 7 years of experience, or a PhD or JD and 4 years of experience. You must also have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and possess the skills to design and develop training curricula using development applications.
