Cavers Summer Intern 2025
Montpelier, VT Mason joined CLF in 2015 as a staff attorney in the Clean Water and Healthy Forests programs. He leads CLF’s work to protect New England’s rivers and to promote sustainable forestry practices. Mason has also worked on issues related to clean energy, transportation, and land use. Prior to joining CLF, Mason worked on clean energy and energy efficiency issues for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. He also worked as a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, where he focused on complex commercial litigation and securities litigation. Mason graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2009. He received a B.A. in philosophy from Haverford College in 2003.
