Job Title: Transactional Tax Attorney - Part-Time (Mid-Level to Senior)

Salary Information: Highly competitive with AmLaw 100 firms, with base salary and quarterly bonuses.

Experience: Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm required. Experience with tax matters relating to corporation, partnership and LLC formation and operation, taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, internal restructurings and reorganizations, as well as structuring and implementing stock option and other equity incentive plans and tax issues relevant to executive compensation.

Responsibilities:

- Provide transactional tax counsel to clients, including corporation, partnership and LLC formation and operation, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, internal restructurings and reorganizations, and equity incentive plans.
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with a top-tier roster of paralegals, attorneys, and partners to deliver "full service" to clients.
- Use the firm's curated specialist network and technology platform to provide flexible and efficient legal services.
- Prioritize work-life balance and maintain a reasonable billable requirement.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and legal ethics.

Qualifications:

- Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm required.
- Experience with tax matters related to corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
- Admitted to practice law in a state bar.
