This joint consumer assistance project with Marshall University aims to develop and support consumer law, policy, and education research to serve and empower communities. The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active West Virginia State Bar license and membership. The primary responsibilities include overseeing ongoing and new projects, fostering collaboration, managing budgets, and increasing awareness of CCLE initiatives. Additionally, the Assistant Director will also teach at the WVU College of Law and encourage student involvement in CCLE.
