As a Senior Business Immigration Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and filing petitions with government agencies, communicating with foreign nationals and clients, and compiling and summarizing large quantities of data. What You Will Do: Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes. Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies. Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing prompt responses regarding case status. Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to supervisor. Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting purposes. Contribute to team and individual productivity goals. Follow firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role. At least two years of business immigration experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using MS Word and Excel.
