- Ensure policy terms accurately reflect underwriting intent and comply with state regulations
- Work with various stakeholders across AXIS, including underwriting, legal and compliance, actuarial, claims, and IT
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance, including Property, General Liability, Excess Casualty, and Commercial Auto
- Take on individual responsibility, critical thinking, and attention to detail in this role
- Draft policy forms, assist in product development, and analyze state-specific regulatory requirements
- Research and provide competitive analysis on products and policy form language
- Lead and manage projects related to form development and implementation
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and provide superior client service
