About the Role:
- Seeking an Employment Associate/Senior Associate with 2 years PQE to join the team
- Ideally based in Oxford office, working closely with Partner and Head of Oxford Team, Nicola Wallbank
- Fast-paced work with a focus on client interests
- Must possess enthusiasm, energy, and passion for employment law
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Holistic approach to work with a personal touch

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistently high level of work and provide exemplary client service and care
- Competent financial management and commercial awareness, including time recording, billing, and management of WIP
- Actively contribute to business development opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with technical expertise
- Accountable for personal development and continuous improvement of interpersonal and soft skills
- Compliant with SRA competence standards
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant previous experience with appropriate level of PQE
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client's industry and business
- Proven track record of financial management, meeting client expectations, and case management skills
- Good IT skills, experience with case management systems and Microsoft packages
- Self-starting and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to embody the firm's values consistently
