Summary:

The Associate Director & Corporate Counsel at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is responsible for providing legal services to clients at the executive director level and below. This role involves partnering with legal, compliance, and business teams to guide commercial transactions from planning to implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state and federal laws, regulations, and policies, as well as expertise in one specialized legal area.

The role can be based in either Ridgefield, CT or Duluth, GA, with a flexible hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days per week. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 2 years of legal experience. Admission to at least one state bar is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills, as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. They should also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector is a plus.
