Senior Estate Planning Attorney

Our passionate law firm in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to our clients regarding their estate planning and elder law needs. We are looking for someone with excellent research and writing skills, proficiency with technology, and strong communication skills to help us continue to provide top-notch services to our clients. Responsibilities: - Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and ancillary documents using designated software and firm templates - Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop personalized estate plans that align with their goals - Prioritize client satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner - Represent the firm in the community by participating in boards, committees, and other groups as needed - Collaborate with staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documents - Make recommendations to improve processes and stay organized to ensure efficient handling of client files - Conduct review meetings with clients to ensure their estate plans continue to meet their needs - Oversee and manage paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in an estate planning or elder law focused firm - Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and current license to practice in Pennsylvania - Knowledge of tax code in relation to estate planning - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Compensation: - Based on experience About Our Firm: Our law firm, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, is committed to creating a solutions-oriented work environment where our team members respect and hold each other accountable.
