We are seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join our team and provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to develop personalized estate plans that meet their objectives and ensure their assets are protected and distributed according to their wishes.

Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, using designated software and firm templates.
- Review legal documents with clients and provide comprehensive feedback and analysis.
- Prioritize client satisfaction and address any complaints or concerns promptly.
- Represent the firm in the community through participation in boards, committees, and other groups.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of legal documents drafted by staff.
- Make recommendations to improve processes and ensure efficient workflow.
- Meet with clients to review estate planning documents and ensure they align with initial goals and objectives.
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

- 4 years of experience in an Estate Planning or Elder Law focused firm.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law with a current license to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Knowledge of tax code in relation to estate planning.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation: Based on experience.
