Job Title: Wildlife Services Technician - Dripping Springs, TX

Salary Information:

Hourly rate based on experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
First Aid/CPR/Wilderness First Aid Training Certification preferred
Experience with power tools and chainsaws
Experience with iOS (iPad) Tablet
Experience with Microsoft and Adobe software

Job Summary:

Plateau Land & Wildlife Management, Inc., a leading land and wildlife management company, is seeking a Wildlife Services Technician to join our Ecological Services Division. This position will be based in Dripping Springs, TX and will involve working closely with various departments to deliver a wide range of land and wildlife management services to clients. The Wildlife Services Technician will also interact with clients and must provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of various wildlife management services to client properties
Conduct treatments for Imported Red Fire Ants
Perform brush management using herbicides or mechanical means
Participate in Deer Surveys
Pre and post service tasks such as equipment staging, data collection, and communication with clients
Inventory management and resupply
Work across departments to achieve objectives
Maintain confidentiality of clients and their property

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work outside normal business hours or beyond 40 hours/week
Excellent physical stamina for heavy labor in various weather conditions
Ability to tow and back up a trailer
Proficiency with power tools and chainsaws
Experience with iOS (iPad) Tablet and Microsoft/Adobe software
First Aid/CPR/Wilderness First Aid Training Certification preferred
