IT Support Specialist - Join our growing team at Mirick O’Connell, a leading Massachusetts law firm with offices in Worcester, Westborough, and Boston. We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to provide support to our three offices and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Firm’s network. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to users and resolve technical issues
- Install new applications or upgrades
- Maintain active directory
- Configure PCs and notebooks

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science preferred
- CompTIA A , Network or similar certifications
- Microsoft Certified, Windows Server, Azure or similar certifications
- 3 years’ experience in IT support or a similar technical role in a professional services firm
- Ability to travel between offices and participate in occasional on-call rotation
