Job Title: Manager, Global Compliance
Location: United States (virtual)
Organization: Project Management Institute (PMI)
Department: Legal and Compliance
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate compliance role; experience in global organization beneficial

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee PMI's organization-wide legal policy compliance and risk management.
- Develop and enforce needed regulations in all aspects and levels of business.
- Provide leadership and guidance on compliance matters.
- Implement compliance governance and best practices.
- Lead legal team members supporting the development and implementation of products, programs, and projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related area, with an advanced degree or Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate compliance role, with experience in a global organization being beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong relationship management skills.
- Experience writing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Ability to successfully negotiate agreements and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in English.

Salary:

The salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and relevant experience, with a range of $135,000 to $168,000.
