Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate Attorney for Health Law Practice Group in Washington D.C.

- Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 based on experience and credentials

- Work directly with Practice Group Chair representing hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare professionals

Position Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
- Admission to DC bar or waiver eligibility (required)
- Admission to VA bar (required)
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with preference for medical malpractice defense litigation

Responsibilities:

- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Appearing in court and arguing motions
- Preparing for and attending multi-party, complex civil trials
