The law firm in Billings, Montana is currently looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and backup to Legal Administrative Assistants, maintaining case files, retrieving information, and assisting attorneys with various tasks. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and backup to Legal Administrative Assistants as needed.
• Maintain case files, both electronically and non-electronically.
• Retrieve information from records, email, and other documents.
• Compile and revise legal documents as assigned.
• Schedule meetings, conferences, and depositions.
• Assist with time entry for attorneys.
• Respond to administrative inquiries and questions.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other similar software.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
