NARF, a non-profit national Indian law firm, is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney with a JD degree and bar admission to join their team. The organization represents Indian tribes, organizations, and individuals in significant Indian law matters. As a Staff Attorney, the successful candidate will handle a docket focused on water rights and water-related litigation and policy development. This position requires a minimum of eight years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong interest in federal Indian law and experience with Native American communities and culture. Candidates must also have experience with federal and/or state court litigation and a background in water law.
