We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team and take on more responsibility in managing and litigating our own caseload. As a Litigation Attorney at Slocumb Law Firm, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases and make a significant impact on our clients' lives. Our firm provides the cases, so you can focus on what you do best - advocating for justice on behalf of our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $44,207.00 - $150,358.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including dental and vision insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and more! Key Responsibilities: Manage and litigate your own caseload, provided by the firm Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case Attend court hearings and trials as necessary Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to personal injury cases Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in personal injury law Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively High drive and motivation to succeed and make money Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Alabama Bar license At Slocumb Law Firm, LLC, we value our employees and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
