Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney at EBFLG, you will be responsible for identifying clients' legal needs, offering counsel, clarifying legal options, and representing them in court and negotiations. Our top priorities are providing exceptional legal solutions and ensuring our clients feel fully supported throughout the process. Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have: 5 years of legal experience in Family Law, preferably in Washington Active and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association Familiarity with local rules in King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County or a willingness to learn quickly Experience with Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Slack, Apple, Clio, or ability to learn quickly Excellent writing skills (a writing sample will be required) Willingness to receive coaching and practice radical candor A strong sense of community Social and emotional intelligence A sense of humor A passion for empowering clients with information to identify their goals Commitment to meeting mutually agreed upon billable hour requirements Stable internet and access to a phone Ability to attend in-person for court, mediations, and meetings Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds to build relationships Desire to network, market, and be a leader in your community Big dreams for your career Benefits and Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***,800 for this position.
