The position also offers the opportunity to provide expertise, guidance, and instruction in family law, civil litigation, and agency policy. The Legal CPS Regional Attorney III will be responsible for monitoring the progress of all DFPS court cases within their assigned area and ensuring timely and appropriate resolution. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals, including caseworkers, supervisors, attorneys, judges, and the general public.
